Comprehensive residential pool inspection with reporting of overall functionality of filtration equipment and fittings, structural integrity and surface concerns to pool shell, tile, coping, decking, and safety concerns including electrical, entrapment, lights, ladders, handrails, anchor cups, surface conditions, diving boards, barriers including fencing and access to the pool followed with a written report highlighting deficiencies and recommendations.
